I didn't get the email when I generated a report in Report Builder, can I download my report?

Sometimes your work email may stop GivePanel emails being delivered. We are always working to improve this.

If you do not receive the email when you run a report you can simple download the report. Here's how...

  • Go to Account Settings > Reports
  • Choose the Report you want
  • Enter your email address
  • Click Email report
  • Under the email report field where it says "Past reports" you should be able to download the report by clicking the timestamp label (you will have to wait until the report has been generated which for small reports - a month and under - will be almost immediate but may take longer for larger reports

You will also be able to download the report directly by clicking the timestamp label under the email report field where it says "Past reports"
