Whitelisting GivePanel Addresses

Issues with accessing GivePanel? Or not receiving the password reset email? You might need to whitelist our urls and email addresses.

For more restrictive private networks, where firewalls or VPNs may prevent cookies or other GivePanel information from being accessed, it can result in issues accessing GivePanel or using the platform correctly. For example, some customers with very strict firewalls can encounter a white screen when logging into GivePanel. If our email addresses are being blocked, you might not receive our emails either, e.g. password reset emails.

To resolve this, you will need to let your security/firewall know that GivePanel is a safe platform to use by whitelisting the below URLs/email addresses so they can get through your firewall.

The steps on whitelisting will differ depending on your network environment and it may be necessary to contact your IT department to perform this step.

These are the most common addresses that need to be whitelisted to use GivePanel correctly:
