How do I clear my cache?
If you're experiencing unusual behaviour in the platform we might ask you to clear your cache and perform a hard refresh as a first step to seeing if this clears the issue.
Here are the steps to do this on a Windows Device:
- Sign out of GivePanel.
- Clear your cache - on most computers / browsers the short cut for this is Ctrl+Shift+Del keyboard
- Next perform a hard refresh. In Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5
- Sign back in to GivePanel.
Here are the steps to do this on a Mac:
- Sign out of GivePanel.
- Clear your cache - Command+Shift+Del Keyboard.
- Next perform a hard refresh - Command+Shift+R.
- Sign back in to GivePanel.
