How to create a Facebook donations report for a specific fundraising event

In this article we'll show you how to create a report for a specific event

You can easily create a report of individual donations for an event.

  • Go to Account Settings > Reports
  • Click "Add New Report"
  • Give the new report a title
  • Select the dates you want for the report
  • Select the Donations report type
  • Click the Uncheck all link for the Donation Columns
  • Select the "Donation Amount" Column checkbox
  • Click the Uncheck all link for the Append Fundraiser Columns
  • Select the "Event Type" Column checkbox
  • Enter the email you want the report to go to
  • Click Email Report
