If you’ve integrated your GivePanel account with the Meta Lead webhook to import facebook lead form leads into your GivePanel account, you can use Meta’s testing tool to fire a test lead into your GivePanel account.
First head to the integrations section of your GivePanel account, navigate to the ''Meta Leads Webhook'' section, followed by ''Advanced options'' and determine if the lead webhook is set up to import ''All leads'' or ''Only leads connected to a campaign''.
If ''Only leads connected to a campaign'' is selected.
If you have "Import all leads" selected in your leads webhook integration, you can skip this section and go straight to Using Facebook's Test Lead Tool below.
If you have "Only leads connected to a campaign" selected, you'll need to make sure there's a campaign in GivePanel that is connected to a lead form before submitting a test lead. If not, the test lead won't appear in GivePanel.
To connect a lead form to a campaign:
Go to Campaigns from the main navigation
Find the campaign you want to use and click Edit in the Actions column (far right)
Scroll to the bottom of the first page in the campaign builder
Under Advanced Settings, find the section Connect lead forms to this campaign
Select the relevant lead form, then click Save and continue
When using the facebook test lead tool below, make sure to test using the lead form you’ve connected to the campaign.

Need Assistance?
If your test lead doesn’t appear in GivePanel, this is likely either tied to a permissions issue or if your meta leads webhook is selected to import leads connected to campaign in GivePanel only, but the campaign itself hasn't been linked to the lead for you're testing.
Some customers will integrate with GivePanel’s Leads webhook successfully but then do not see leads come into the platform. This is often due to the Leads Access permission which works fine if it’s never been used before. However if it has been used by another integration (either currently or in the past), then GivePanel needs to be given permission.
Add the Lead Access permission in your Non Profits Business Manager. To do this, in Meta go to Business Settings > Integrations > Lead Access > Assign CRMs and insert our GivePanel Business ID 295624107535187 and then try firing another test lead.
See screen shot below of where this is in GivePanel’s Meta Business manager as an example:
This simple test ensures your lead integration is fully operational and ready to capture leads from your campaigns.
