For the smoothest setup, the integration should be completed by someone with full admin access to your Meta Business Manager.
This includes access to:
Business Manager
Facebook Pages
Ad Accounts
Lead forms
Using an account with the highest level of access helps avoid issues during setup and ensures everything connects correctly.

What happens if access is limited?
If the person completing the integration doesn’t have the required level of access, some features may not work as expected. This can include:
Facebook donation data not importing
Fundraisers not being created successfully
Lead data pulling through with missing information
In most cases, reconnecting the integration using an account with the correct access will resolve this.
