Where to find the preview
Go to the Form and scroll to the bottom of the page.
In the Automated Registration Email section of the form builder, look at the toolbar at the top of the email editor.
Click the eye icon to open Preview Email.
Tip: If your browser window is small or you are on a laptop with display scaling, the eye icon may collapse into the ''…'' menu.
How the preview works
The preview shows your email with styles applied as recipients will see it.
Merge tags such as [Firstname /] and [EventTitle /] show as example values. This is a visual preview only and does not send an email.
Troubleshooting
I cannot see the Preview button
Widen the browser window or zoom out to 90%. The eye icon may be hidden when space is tight.
Click the … menu in the editor toolbar and choose Preview (eye icon).
Ensure you are in the Automated Registration Email block of the form builder, not another text field.
Merge tags look like plain text in preview
That is expected in the on‑screen preview. Tags show sample values to help you check layout and length. The live send will populate with real data at send time.
Preview does not reflect my latest edits
Click Save in the editor, then open Preview again. The preview reflects the current saved content.
Can I preview mobile vs desktop
Use your browser’s responsive mode or resize the window to see how line breaks and buttons wrap on smaller screens.
