If you're running a Facebook Challenge, you can create the form, fundraiser creation link, and set up emails to go to registrants using our simple campaign builder.

To create a event registration form only:

  • Go to ''Campaigns'' in the main navigation at the top of your account and then select ''Forms'' from the drop-down.

  • Click the "New Form" button at the top right of the page.

  • Change Type to "Request Event Registration". If you're running a Facebook Challenge, we would recommend creating an ''Event registration with 1-click'' type form as this will enable your supporters to register and create a fundraiser in a few clicks and both will be matched automatically after they've come straight into your account.

  • Customize your form.

  • Click "Save'' button.

  • To generate the url for the form, you will need to link the form to a campaign which in turn will generate the form url.

  • Go to the ''Campaigns'' tab in the main navigation bar at the top of your account.

  • Either create a new campaign or click on an existing campaign.

  • When in the campaign builder, if you head to the ''Registration Tab'' there is the option to ''Use Existing Form''

  • After selecting and saving your form, you can locate the URL by going to the Campaigns list. Click on ''campaigns'' in the main navigation bar, then select ''campaigns'' from the drop-down menu. Look for the column labeled ''registration form''; the URL for your registration form will be found there.

  • You can now copy and paste that URL where you want to (i.e. in a Facebook Group welcome post for your event).

  • You can see records created from Event Registration forms by going to ''Audience'' in the main navigation at the top of your account and selecting "Registrations".
