Customize the order and visibility of fundraising options on registration forms to guide supporters to your preferred platform.

If your campaign, Facebook Challenge or event includes multiple fundraising options, you can now control the order and visibility of these options on your event registration with 1-click form, activate later page and 1-click custom fundraiser link page.

This flexibility lets you choose which options appear first, prioritise certain platforms, and even hide options at different points in the supporter journey. Here’s how to set it up.


Key Features

  1. Custom Order of Fundraising Options

    • Choose the display order of fundraising options (e.g., Facebook, JustGiving) on your event registration form, "Activate Later" page and 1-click custom fundraiser page.

  2. Hide Options at Different Stages

    • Hide specific options during certain stages of the supporter journey, such as if the supporter is on the registration form or on the "Activate Later" page. The order of fundraising options on the 1-click custom fundraiser link will reflect what has been set on the form.

  3. "Submit Without Activating Fundraiser Yet" Option

    • If enabled, supporters can choose to defer fundraiser creation. They’ll be redirected to an "Activate Later" page where they can either start a fundraiser immediately or copy a link to set it up later.

This feature is especially useful for campaigns aiming for a specific platform-first approach.

For example, if you prioritise Facebook, you can set Facebook as the main fundraising option during registration and offer JustGiving as an alternative on the "Activate Later" page for those who opt not to use Facebook.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Form Setup

  • In the main navigation bar, select Campaigns.

  • From the dropdown menu, click on Forms.

2. Select Your Form

  • Find and expand the form you want to customise.

3. Go to Fundraiser Options

  • Scroll down to the Fundraiser Options section at the bottom of the form.

  • You’ll see two tabs: Registration Form and Activate Later.

4. Customize Fundraising Options

  • Drag and Drop to Order: Arrange the fundraising options to set your preferred display order.

  • Hide Icon: Click the hide icon next to any option to make it invisible at a specific stage.

  • The order of fundraising options on the 1-click custom fundraiser link will reflect what has been set on the form.

Note: Ensure that your GivePanel account and if applicable campaigns (For JustGiving & iDonate) are integrated with the relevant fundraising platforms to enable these features.
