Sometimes Facebook has a funny five minutes and the link preview just doesn't pull through.

When this happens we recommend not posting the message, hitting refresh on the page, and trying again.

Very rarely it can be caused by the functionality simply not working in Facebook and the only remedy for this is time, waiting for Facebook to fix the issue.

Please note that we have done a lot of testing and found out that images reduce data capture conversion rates. When we post on behalf of our GivePanel clients we do not set an image for the link preview and remove the link preview text. We post the message before the link preview loads (if we can) to be super speedy.
