Step 1 - re integrate GivePanel with Meta APIs. (this will enable Facebook to grant your GivePanel account the necessary permissions to pull in the data)

Step 2 - integrate Meta Leads Webhook

Step 3 - contact the support team to let them know you have done this, they will then check that everything has been integrated correctly and will enable the lead ad performance report in your GivePanel account.
