If you're importing Facebook Lead Form leads into GivePanel, the platform will attempt to match fundraiser records to the leads.
📌 Important Note: Not all Facebook lead form leads can be attributed to fundraisers. This data should be used as a guide to assess which ad sets and creatives are performing best, rather than as a definitive match for every lead.
Matching Criteria
A fundraiser will be matched to a lead only if both of the following conditions are met:
1. One of the following must match:
Fundraiser Name or Contact Name = Lead Full Name
Fundraiser Email = Lead Email
Fundraiser Facebook Email = Lead Email
Fundraiser Phone Number = Lead Phone Number
2. AND both of these must match:
Fundraiser First Name = Lead First Name
Fundraiser Last Name = Lead Last Name
If a fundraiser does not meet these conditions, it will remain unmatched.
