Your DIY Fundraising Dashboard gives you a clear view of your fundraising performance - showing how much has been raised, how many fundraisers and how your campaign is performing overall.

How to Find the Dashboard

  1. In the main navigation bar, go to Campaigns.

  2. From the dropdown, select Campaigns.

  3. Find your DIY campaign in the campaign list.

  4. Click Dashboard on the campaign row.

This will open the DIY Fundraising Dashboard for your selected campaign.

What You’ll See on the Dashboard

The dashboard provides an at a glance view of your campaign’s key metrics, including:

  • Total Raised – Total amount raised across all DIY fundraisers, including Gift Aid.

  • Average Raised – The average amount raised per active fundraiser.

  • Activation Rate – The percentage of fundraisers who have received donations (activated their page).

  • Marketing Opt-in – The number of supporters who opted in to marketing communications.

Below these summary tiles, you’ll also find a Fundraising chart showing trends over time, with the ability to filter by:

  • Total Raised

  • Total Raised (Event Type)

  • Average Raised (Active Fundraisers)

  • Average Raised (All Fundraisers)

  • Activation Rate

  • Fundraisers Created

  • Donations

You can adjust the date range using the date picker to focus on a specific period.
