Event Dashboard Overview (GivePanel Events)

Learn how to use the GivePanel Event Dashboard, including fundraising and registration funnels, revenue breakdowns and performance insights.

The GivePanel Event Dashboard gives you a overview of your event performance across registrations, fundraising and revenue.

To access the dashboard:

  1. Open your event within GivePanel

  2. Click Dashboard in the top right

Along the top of the event, you’ll also see tabs for Registrations, Payments, Fundraisers, Donations, Teams and Emails. In this article we're looking at the dashboard tab.

Dashboard Widgets

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see several summary widgets including:

  • Registration numbers

  • Ticket Revenue

  • Active Fundraisers

  • Amount Raised

Ticket Revenue

New - click into the widget to see a more detailed revenue breakdown.

Active Fundraisers

New - Active fundraisers are now also displayed as a percentage.

Amount Raised

New - Click into the widget to view additional breakdowns, including Gift Aid.

Breakdown Section

Below the widgets is a section titled Breakdown.

Using the drop downs, you can:

  • Toggle between Fundraising and Registrations

  • Filter by individual forms if your event has multiple forms

Fundraising View

The fundraising view shows a fundraising performance graph and a funnel displaying:

  • Form Name

  • Fundraisers Created

  • Active Fundraisers

  • Amount Raised

  • Average Raised

  • Gift Aid Amount

  • Total Raised

Registrations View

The registrations view shows a registrations graph and a funnel displaying:

  • Form Name

  • Unique Page Views

  • Registrations Started

  • Registrations Completed

  • Fundraisers Created

  • Active Fundraisers
