How to Export Data (GivePanel Events)

Learn how to export registration, fundraising and donation data from GivePanel Events using the event dashboard.

How GivePanel Events exports work

In GivePanel Events, all data is exported within each individual event only.

Steps to export data

  1. Go to Campaigns from the main navigation

  2. Select Event Registration

  3. Find the event you want to export data for

  4. In the Actions column, select View or Edit

  5. Open the Dashboard (top right)

Downloading reports

Within the dashboard, you’ll see a series of tabs. Each tab contains its own dataset and export.

Available report types

  • Registrations → One row per registration

  • Fundraisers → One row per fundraiser

  • Donations → One row per donation

  • Payments → One row per payment

  • Teams → One row per team (if enabled)

  • Emails → Email activity and sends

  • Event → One row per form (this is an overview of overall event performance, if there are multiple forms set up within your event, it will also show a breakdown of performance per form)

How to download a report

  1. Select the relevant tab (e.g. Registrations)

  2. Apply any filters or date ranges if needed

  3. Customise the columns you want to include in your report

  4. Click Download Report

This will download a CSV file for that dataset.

Important to know

  • Each export reflects the tab you are viewing

  • Any filters or date ranges applied will impact the data included

  • Data cannot be exported across multiple events in a single report

  • This replaces the need for Report Builder when using GivePanel Events

When to use each report

  • Need event/form performance → Use Event (Dashboard)

  • Need participant data → Use Registrations

  • Need fundraising performance → Use Fundraisers

  • Need transaction-level data → Use Donations
