To hide or delete a label, head to '"Audience'' in the top navigation tab and select ''Labels and Codes'' in the drop-down.
Hide A Label
Click on the label that you would like to hide, then click ''Hide''.
This will hide the label from:
Any fundraisers that it was applied to.
The list of available labels showing when on a fundraiser record.
Your filters when in fundraisers.
To unhide a label, simply find it in the list of hidden labels, click on it, and select ''Unhide label''. This will restore it to all fundraisers that it was hidden from.
To note, if a fundraiser has multiple labels, a fundraiser with any number of hidden labels will be filtered out from the fundraiser list when searching for a specific unhidden label by default. To include fundraisers that have hidden labels applied to their fundraiser record in your search, you will need to amend your filters to ''Show fundraisers with hidden labels''.
Delete A Label
To delete a label when in the ''Labels and Codes'' section, you will first need to make sure it isn't listed as hidden. If it is, you will need to unhide it by clicking on it and selecting ''Unhide Label''. Then click on the label you want to delete and select ''Edit Label'' followed by ''Delete Label''.
