GivePanel has three different types of data capture forms, each one updates a different field in your exports when submitted.

Here's a breakdown to help you find the right timestamp depending on the form used.

1. Fundraiser Type Form

  • These forms are directly linked to a specific fundraiser record - it’s a one-to-one relationship.

  • When someone completes a fundraiser form, the data is immediately applied to that fundraiser record.

  • The timestamp for when the form was completed appears in the “Fundraiser Details Added On” column in your fundraiser export.

💡 Use this value to see when additional details (like email or address) were added via a fundraiser form.

2. Event Registration Form & Event Registration with 1-Click Form

  • When someone completes an event registration form, the “Registered On” column in your registrations export shows the date they signed up.

  • If the supporter creates a fundraiser at the same time using the 1-Click option, this will also populate the “Fundraiser Details Added On” column in your fundraiser export - but only if the registration and fundraiser are matched instantly.

  • If the registration is manually matched to the fundraiser later, the “Fundraiser Details Added On” value will not be updated. In all cases, to find the date and time a registration was submitted, you can use the ''Registered On'' column.
