The Gift Aid total found on the fundraiser record is its own separate total and does not feed into any other totals in GivePanel. For example, Gift Aid won't be included in your dashboard totals.

You can locate the Gift Aid total by heading to the ''Audience'' Tab in the main navigation bar at the top of your account and selecting ''Fundraisers'' from the drop-down.

If a fundraiser record contains donations that are eligible for Gift Aid, there will be a separate ''Gift Aid'' total located on the left-hand side of the fundraiser record. The fundraiser data that will include the Gift Aid totals can be exported out of GivePanel by either clicking ''export to CSV'' at the top of the ''Fundraisers'' page or by using the report builder. Gift Aid - Facebook Fundraisers

Facebook have confirmed they will no longer be including the Gift Aid data in the Facebook transaction reports and therefore this won't be in GivePanel either. PayPal Giving Fund has confirmed they will be collecting Gift Aid on all eligible donations and making a separate grant to charities as "Gift Aid". This will be given as a lump sum after donations have been processed.

For historical Facebook fundraisers that have Gift Aid on their record in GivePanel, GivePanel estimates what the Gift Aid will be based on the number of donations marked as eligible for Gift Aid in the Facebook multi-day transaction reports/ Facebook data.

Gift Aid - JustGiving Fundraisers
We do show Gift Aid totals for JustGiving fundraisers. If a fundraiser record contains donations that are eligible for Gift Aid, there will be a separate ''Gift Aid'' total located to the left of the fundraiser record.

Alternatively you can see how many donations have been marked as eligible for Gift Aid by heading to the ''Audience'' Tab in the main navigation and selecting ''Donations'' from the drop-down. Here you can filter the donations by selecting ''Only with Gift Aid''.
