Setting up the full JustGiving integration will ensure your JustGiving fundraiser records in GivePanel will continue to have their total raised updated after July 1st.
It will also bring in all JustGiving fundraisers that have received a donation into your GivePanel account. This can be especially helpful when running a facebook challenge or other virtual challenge as supporters will sometimes create a JustGiving fundraiser in JustGiving natively (outside of the GivePanel / JustGiving integration) and therefor their fundraising wouldn't come into GivePanel without the full integration enabled.
The full integration will also ensure that you're able to steward all JustGiving fundraisers for your campaigns and challenges and have a complete picture when it comes to how much you have raised.
How to check if you already have the full JustGiving integration (no action required) or if further action is required.
In GivePanel, head to Integrations.
Find the JustGiving Integration.
If both the ''GivePanel Fundraisers'' and ''All JustGiving Fundraisers'' have a green tick, no further action is required.
If only ''GivePanel Fundraisers'' has a green tick, please read on.
What do you need to know?
Starting from July 1st, you will need to set up the full JustGiving integration to ensure that your account can receive JustGiving donations so your JustGiving fundraiser totals can continue to be updated when they receive donations.
Please note that while JustGiving fundraiser creation will continue to work as normal, this update is essential to keep your fundraiser totals up to date.
