This article relates specifically to the password used to log in to your GivePanel account. It does not apply to passwords used for integrations (such as JustGiving or other platforms), which may have their own separate requirements.
Password rules
When creating or updating your GivePanel account password, it must:
Be at least 8 characters long
Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Include at least one number (0–9)
If your password doesn’t meet these requirements, you’ll be prompted to update it before you can continue.
