Resending Transaction Emails (GivePanel Events)

Manually resend eligible transaction emails to supporters directly from their registration record within GivePanel Events.

You can manually resend transaction emails to individual supporters directly from their registration record.

Important Note

Transaction email resend functionality is only available for registrations created from 8th May 2026 onwards.

This is useful if a supporter has missed, deleted or needs a fresh version of an email such as:

  • Confirm Secondary Registration Request

How to Resend a Transaction Email

  1. Head to your GivePanel Event

  2. Locate the registration in the registration list

  3. Click View

  4. Open the Emails section

  5. Find the relevant transaction email

  6. Click Resend

Only eligible transaction emails will display an active resend option. If a supporter has not previously triggered a specific email, the resend button won't show.

Understanding the Emails Section

The Emails section displays all transaction emails linked to that supporter, including:

  • Email type

  • Send count

  • Last sent date

  • Resend option
