Customising Stewardship Email Branding (GivePanel Events)

About Stewardship Email Branding

In GivePanel Events, stewardship emails are sent using Email Journeys.

These emails are used to guide and support participants after they register, for example:

  • Welcome emails

  • Fundraising reminders

  • Milestone emails

Stewardship email branding is managed at account level, not within individual events.

Where to Update Branding

To update your stewardship email branding:

  1. Click your account name in the top right

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Select Emails

  4. Open the Branding tab

Any changes made here will apply across all stewardship emails in your account.

What You Can Customise

You can control key branding elements such as:

  • Logo and logo position

  • Link colour

  • Button styling (colour, text and shape)

These settings are applied automatically to your Email Journey emails.

Important

Stewardship email branding is shared across all events and campaigns in your account. If you update your branding, it will affect all Email Journeys, not just a single event.

Transaction Email Branding

The Branding section within your GivePanel Event is used to style transaction emails, not stewardship emails.

These are system generated emails such as registration confirmations and team emails. For more information, see:​
