GivePanel provides email performance insights through our ''email performance labels'' that indicate how an email's engagement compares to past performance. These are averages worked out from emails previously sent from your account.

These labels help users quickly assess whether an email is performing above or below expectations based on historical open and click rate data for your specific GivePanel account only.

How ''Email Performance Labels'' Work

Emails sent in GivePanel can be assigned one of the following labels based on its performance for that account:

  • Above Average – The email's performance is 30% higher than the average open and click rate for past emails in your GivePanel account.

  • Below Average – The email's performance is 30% lower than the average open and click rate for past emails in your GivePanel account.

How Performance is Measured

The labels are determined by analysing:

  • Previous email performance specifically for the individual GivePanel account

  • A combination of open rate and click rate to assess overall engagement

Using Email Performance Labels

These labels allow you to:

  • Identify high-performing emails and optimise future campaigns based on successful trends.

  • Spot underperforming emails and make improvements to subject lines, content, or calls to action.

By leveraging these insights, you can refine your email strategies and enhance engagement with your supporters.
