You can now customise the success message shown to supporters after they complete an Event Registration with 1-Click form and create a fundraiser.
Previously, the success message was the same across all platforms, but now you can tailor it to specific fundraising platforms such as JustGiving, Facebook, GoFundMe, and iDonate.
This is especially useful for JustGiving fundraisers, as it allows you to guide supporters through the extra step of claiming their JustGiving page, which can help improve the number of claimed pages.
Key Features
✅ Custom Messaging by Platform - Set a unique success message for different fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Facebook, GoFundMe, iDonate).
✅ Editable Confirmation Page - Customise the heading, message, and button label on the success screen.
✅ Merge Tags & Formatting - Use the Campaign Name/Public Campaign Name merge tag and apply basic formatting (bold, italics, etc.).
✅ Pre-set Defaults - Includes default success messages for JustGiving and other platforms.
How It Works
1. Customising the Success Message in GivePanel
Go to your Campaign list in GivePanel (Select ''Campaigns'' in the main navigation bar and select ''Campaigns'' from the drop down).
Locate your campaign and click to edit it.
Head to the ''fundraiser'' section.
Scroll down to ''Success Message'' and choose the fundraising platform you want to customise the message for (e.g., JustGiving, Facebook, etc.).
Edit the heading, message, and button label for each platform.
Use formatting options (bold, italics) and add a merge tag to insert the campaign name.
Save your changes.
2. Default Success Messages
Facebook, GoFundMe and iDonate the default success message will be:
Thanks for signing up for [Campaign Name] ❤
Your fundraising page has been created! You can now post updates, share with friends and family, and start receiving donations.
Why not kick things off by making a self-donation to your own fundraiser?

For JustGiving Fundraisers
Thanks for signing up for [Campaign Name], just one more thing 👇
To start fundraising, simply log in to JustGiving and connect your fundraising page to your JustGiving account.
Once that’s done, you’ll be able to post updates, share with friends and family, and start receiving donations.

Why This Matters
Ensures supporters get clear, platform-specific instructions after signing up (in most cases the success message will take the supporter to their fundraiser, for JustGiving, this is different, it will take the supporter to claim their fundraiser).
Helps improve the number of claimed JustGiving pages by reinforcing the next steps.
