When setting up your Virtual Event campaign, one of the key steps is creating your Event Registration or Event Registration with 1-Click form.
This form is what supporters use to register for your Challenge and, if using the 1-Click option, create their fundraiser in one seamless flow.
You can create the form as part of the campaign setup process or build it separately and link it to your campaign later.
What you can customise
In the form builder, you’ll be able to:
Add your logo and event title
Choose between a registration only form or a combined 1-Click fundraiser form
Select which fields to include (for example, t-shirt size or phone number)
Add marketing opt-ins and link your Privacy Policy
Add your Facebook Pixel if enabled in your account
If you’re using a 1-Click form, you can also configure the Fundraiser Options section, where supporters can choose to create their fundraiser on Facebook, JustGiving, or another supported platform.
Once your form is live, you can automatically send confirmation emails to registrants and close the form once your campaign or incentive period ends.
