You can embed your GivePanel registration form directly onto your website using the provided embed code, allowing supporters to complete their registration without leaving your site.

If you are running a Virtual Challenge or DIY campaign, please refer to the relevant embed documentation for these campaign types here.

Add Allowed Domains

Before a form can be embedded, you’ll need to specify the domain(s) where the form will be placed. This ensures your form is secure and will display correctly.

  1. Go to Account Settings and scroll to the Allowed Domains section.

  2. Enter the full domain name (e.g., www.yourcharity.org or a dedicated microsite URL).

  3. Click Save Domain.

If your domain isn’t added here, the embedded form will not load and will show an error message.

Where to Find the Embed Code

Go to: Event → Forms

  1. Under the Actions column, click the three dots next to your chosen form and select Embed.

  2. You will see a pop up containing your embed code.

Embed Options

You will be given two layout options:

Responsive

The form automatically adjusts to the width of the container it is placed in. This is recommended for most websites as it adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens.

Fixed Width

The form will display at a fixed width. This may be useful if your website layout requires a specific size.

Once selected, click Copy Embed Code to copy the iframe code to your clipboard.

Adding the Form to Your Website

Paste the embed code into the HTML section of your website page where you would like the form to appear.

Most website builders (such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or custom CMS platforms) allow you to add a custom HTML block. The embed code should be placed inside that block.

If you are unsure how to add custom HTML to your site, you may need support from your web team or developer.

Best Practice Guidance

  • Use the Responsive option unless you have a specific design requirement.

  • Test the embedded form on desktop and mobile to ensure spacing and layout look correct.

  • Avoid embedding multiple forms on the same page, as this can affect page performance.

If you need different journeys for different audiences, consider creating multiple forms and embedding them on separate landing pages.
