Your registration form controls the full supporter journey, from ticket selection through to payment and fundraising page creation.

This guide explains:

  • How fundraiser and registration focussed flows shape the supporter journey

  • How the form builder works

  • What you can customise in the Editor, Branding and Settings tabs

If you need help creating a form from scratch, see Full Walkthrough: Setting Up Your First Ticketed Event.

To edit a form:
Go to Event Registration → Select Event → Forms → Edit.

1. Choose a Flow (Defines the Journey Structure)

When creating a form, you must choose one of two flows:

  • Fundraiser Flow

  • Registration Flow

This determines the order supporters move through the journey. Once selected, the flow cannot be changed. To switch flows, you must create a new form.

Fundraiser Flow

Supporters move through:

  1. Ticket Selection

  2. JustGiving Login and Fundraising Page Creation

  3. Registration Form

  4. Team & Secondary Registration Steps

  5. Order Summary

  6. Payment

  7. Confirmation

Fundraising is created first, ensuring commitment upfront. Team fundraising is supported.

Registration Flow

Supporters move through:

  1. Ticket Selection

  2. Registration Form

  3. Order Summary

  4. Payment

  5. Create JustGiving Fundraiser and claim it

Registration happens first, reducing friction. Team fundraising is not currently supported.

2. Inside the Form Builder

Each form has three tabs:

  • Editor – Structure and content

  • Branding – Visual styling

  • Settings – Operational controls

Most configuration happens in the Editor.

Editor View

You’ll see:

  • Featured Steps – Core journey stages most commonly edited

  • All Steps – Full journey view for advanced configuration

Ticket Selection

  • Secondary registrations

  • Team member steps

Locked Steps

These cannot be edited:

  • Order Summary

  • Processing

4. Branding Tab

Customise:

  • Charity name and heading

  • Logo and banner image

  • Fonts and colours

Branding applies across the full journey. Branding your form.

5. Settings Tab
