Your registration form should feel like a natural extension of your charity’s website. The Branding tab allows you to control the visual appearance of your form, including logos, colours and styling.
This article explains what can be customised and how branding settings affect the supporter experience.
If you need help editing the structure of your form, see Customising Your Registration Form.
Where Branding Is Managed
Branding is managed within the Branding tab of your form.
Go to: Event → Forms → Edit Form → Branding
Changes are previewed in real time in the form builder.
What You Can Customise
The Branding tab allows you to customise:

This appears at the top of the form and reinforces who the supporter is registering with.
Form Heading
You can edit the main heading displayed on the form to align with your campaign messaging.
Logo
Upload your charity logo to display prominently on the form. This helps build trust and consistency.
Banner Image
Add a banner image to visually support your event. This could include event photography, branding assets or campaign graphics.
Theme and Colours
You can customise:
Fonts
Background colours
Text colours
Link colours
Button colours
Enable Step indicator (The step indicator shows supporters where they are in the registration journey.)
Domain and URL
Your form URL can be customised within the Settings tab.
You can:
Edit the form slug (the end of the URL)
If using a custom domain (if enabled for your account), ensure it aligns with your charity’s main website domain to increase supporter confidence.
Best Practice Guidance
Keep branding consistent with your main website.
Use high resolution logos and banner images.
Avoid low contrast colour combinations that may reduce accessibility.
Ensure button colours are clear and prominent to encourage completion.
Preview the form on both desktop and mobile before launch.
Strong branding increases trust and reduces drop off during registration.
