There are three types of forms: event forms, event registration with 1-click, and a fundraiser form. In this help article, we are referring to the fundraiser forms.

If a fundraiser form has been filled out by a fundraiser, this data will go onto their fundraiser record and the record will lock.

This means that anyone else that clicks the link for the same fundraiser form, will be greeted with a message that explains the form has already been filled out and is now locked.

If you would like to send them a new fundraiser form and they have already filled out a form (so you have their data on their record) you will need to contact [email protected] and ask us to clear the data already captured from their record.

This is because even if you create a new fundraiser form for that supporter, the link to the new form will still show as locked as the fundraiser record that it is tied to already has data on it.

It does this to protect the data you have already received and to prevent it from being overwritten. Please find more information on adding a fundraiser type form into a message template.
