We all ❀️ a good emoji. Here we explain the keyboard shortcuts for adding emojis to your GivePanel message templates. πŸ’Œ

Using Windows? You can use the Touch Keyboard

On your keyboard simply press the Windows key plus a semi-colon (WIN + ;) or you can press the Windows key plus . period (WIN + . ) this will open your emoji keyboard.

Another way to access the emoji keyboard is to:

1. Open the Touch Keyboard

Select the Touch Keyboard icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

If it isn't present, here is a guide on how to enable it.

2. Click on the smiley face emoji

When the keyboard has popped up, you can see on the bottom left of the keyboard a smiley face emoji.

By clicking on the smiley face emoji, your keyboard will now switch to an emoji keyboard.

Simply choose the emoji that you would like to use and this will insert it into your message.

For older versions of Windows, where you don't have the Touch Keyboard, you can simply copy your desired emojis from an emoji library, such as this one, for pasting into a GivePanel message template.

Using a Mac

The keyboard shortcut for accessing your emoji keyboard when on a Mac is CTRL + CMD + Space.

1. Move your cursor to a text field. For example in a GivePanel message template:

2. Press Command + Control + Space

3. You can now choose your desired emoji
