GivePanel checks the IDs before it allows you to upload the transaction report to ensure the data is being added to the correct account. As Meta rolls out the ID changes, GivePanel may prevent your next import of transaction data into GivePanel.

After attempting an import of transaction data, if you see the following message you likely have a new PayPal Giving Fund Charity ID in your transaction data that needs to be added to GivePanel:

''Could not import this file. If you have migrated over to PayPal Giving Fund for payments, you may have to provide us with your PayPal Giving Fund ID.''

To remedy this, you will need to add your new PayPal Charity ID to GivePanel which will allow you to upload as normal. This can be added to GivePanel by heading to ''Integrations'' in the main navigation at the top of your account and selecting ''Settings'' within the ''PayPal Giving Fund'' section.

How Do I Find My New PayPal ID For Adding Into GivePanel?

In the Facebook multi-day transaction report, you will need to locate the two columns: ''Charity ID'' and ''Payment processor''.

The Charity ID that you're looking for is the one next to the value ''PAYPAL'' in the ''Payment Processor'' column.

How Do I Add My New PayPal ID Into GivePanel To Allow Me To Upload As Normal?

This can be added to GivePanel by heading to ''Integrations'' in the main navigation at the top of your account and selecting ''Settings'' within the ''PayPal Giving Fund'' section. Here you can add the PayPal Charity ID found in the transaction report. Once submitted, you should be able to upload as normal.
