Navigate to the email journey you'd like to exclude / unsubscribe the supporter from. (Messaging > Email Journeys > Select Email Journey)
Once you've selected the email journey, then head to settings.
Scroll down until you reach the ''Excluded recipients list'' section.
Here you can add the email address.
Once done, click ''save email settings''.
