In GivePanel you can see total amounts raised by fundraisers and filter by amount raised in a specific time period on the Campaign Dashboard.

However, this view is for overall campaign totals or by platform (e.g. Facebook, JustGiving) - it won’t show you which individual fundraisers hit a specific amount in that timeframe.

If you need to identify individual fundraisers (for example, those who raised $£ between x date and x date), you’ll need to export a donations report and filter the data manually in Excel/Sheets. This isn’t currently something that can be done directly in the platform.

To do this, you’ll need to build and export a donations report in GivePanel and then filter it in Excel/Sheets:

  1. Go to Report Builder and create a Donations Report.

  2. When creating your report, in the Donations columns section, add:

    • Donation amount

    • Donation date

    • Campaign ID

  3. In the Fundraiser columns section, add:

    • Fundraiser Event Type

  4. Save and export the report. A time stamp will appear at the bottom of the Report Builder when the export is ready. Click the time stamp to download your file.

  5. In Excel/Sheets, delete everything except the donations linked to your relevant event.

  6. Segment the donations by Campaign ID (each Campaign ID represents a fundraiser record).

  7. Total the donations for each Campaign ID within your required date range (using Donation date).

  8. This will give you a list of fundraisers who reached or exceeded your target.
