If you would like to prevent supporters from registering multiple participants in a single order, you can limit the ticket purchase quantity. Setting the purchase limit to 1 ensures each registration is completed individually.
Steps to Limit Ticket Purchases
Open your GivePanel Event.
Head to Items.
Click Tickets.
Select Edit on the ticket you want to update.
Scroll to Availability.
Set Purchase limit to 1.
Save your changes.
Once this is set, supporters will only be able to purchase one ticket per order, preventing them from registering multiple participants at the same time.
