How to Set Up Adult Only Tickets (GivePanel Events)

When creating an Adult ticket, while we don't currently have age validation on the date of birth field, we’d recommend clearly naming the ticket so the age requirement is visible before registration.

When creating the ticket, make sure to use the Age Restrictions dropdown and select Over 18's only.

To help reinforce the requirement, include wording within the ticket description itself.

Examples:

Some charities also add a checkbox field to the registration form asking supporters to confirm they are over 18 years old before submitting their registration.

Example wording:

Yes, I confirm I am over 18 years old.

This provides an additional confirmation step during the registration process and helps make the age requirement clear to supporters before submission.
