An "Unclaimed" page means the supporter dropped off before signing in/up for JustGiving. They have successfully created a fundraiser, but have no access to it.

A "Claimed" page means the supporter completed the whole JustGiving journey. This enables the supporter to receive email updates from JustGiving on donation activity and allows them to personalize their fundraiser through their JustGiving account.

If they didn't claim their JustGiving Fundraiser page when they first created it, you can invite them to claim their JustGiving fundraiser by sending them the claim link. One way to do this is to use our beta email tool.

You can filter by Claimed/Not Claimed in the JustGiving section of your GivePanel account and then find their ''JustGiving Claim URL'' at the bottom of the JustGiving fundraiser record in GivePanel.

This will allow you to closely monitor how many of your supporters have not claimed their JustGiving Pages.

In the "Reports" Section of your "Account Settings", you can export JustGiving data such as the JustGiving Claim URL and the JustGiving Fundraiser URL.
