If you are using GivePanel Events and have linked your event to a JustGiving Campaign, JustGiving will provide a public Campaign Page for your campaign.
On this page, you can configure the Start Fundraising button so that supporters are redirected to your GivePanel event registration page, where they can register for the event, buy tickets, and create their fundraiser.
Normally, the Start Fundraising button allows supporters to create a fundraising page directly in JustGiving. Using the Landing Page redirect option, you can instead send supporters to your GivePanel event registration flow.
When to use this
This setup is useful if:
• You are using GivePanel Events
• You want all participants to go through the GivePanel event registration flow
Step 1: Open your JustGiving Campaign settings
Log in to JustGiving.
Open the Campaign Page you want to connect to your GivePanel event.
Navigate to the Landing Page section in the campaign setup.
Step 2: Enable the external landing page option
Within the Landing Page section:
Locate the option “Will you host the campaign on an external site?”
Select Yes.
Step 3: Add your GivePanel event link
In the Alternative website address field, paste your GivePanel event registration link.
This should be the page where supporters register or purchase tickets for your event.
Once saved, supporters who click Start Fundraising on the JustGiving campaign page will be redirected to your GivePanel event page.
Step 4: Save and publish
Click Next to continue through the campaign setup.
Save or publish your campaign.
Your JustGiving campaign will now send supporters to your GivePanel event registration page.

Supporter visits the JustGiving campaign page
→ Clicks Start Fundraising
→ Redirected to the GivePanel event registration page
→ Completes registration or ticket purchase and creates their fundraiser
Tip
Make sure the link you add is your public GivePanel event page, not an internal preview or builder link.
