VAT and Pricing on Tickets
Quantity Available
Set how many of this ticket type are available. Once the quantity is reached:
The ticket will no longer be selectable
Other ticket types remain available
This allows you to:
Run limited Early Bird tickets
Cap VIP entries
Sales Window
Control when a ticket becomes available.
You can set:
Start date and time
End date and time
This is useful for:
Early access tickets
Time limited discounts
Staggered releases
Purchase Limit per Supporter
You can limit how many of a specific ticket type one supporter can purchase.
Example: Maximum 2 VIP tickets per registration
This prevents bulk purchasing if needed.
Secondary Registrants
You can enable Secondary Registrants to allow one person to register additional participants under the same purchase.
When enabled, you can:
Capture details for additional attendees
Define required fields for them
This is commonly used for:
Family registrations
Group bookings
Group Tickets
Group tickets allow multiple standard tickets to be bundled together.
Important:
At least two standard tickets must exist before creating a group ticket
Group tickets are built from existing standard ticket types
Group tickets are useful for:
Family bundles
Corporate entries
Discounted group pricing
Using Multiple Ticket Types Together
You can combine:
Free and paid tickets
Individual and group tickets
Early bird and standard pricing
Each ticket type can have its own:
Quantity limit
Sales window
Pricing structure
Discount Codes
Discount codes are managed under the Discount Codes tab within Items.
You can create:
Fixed amount discounts (e.g. £5 off)
Percentage discounts (e.g. 20% off)
